Still Accepting Submissions for History & Classics, Law, and Miscellaneous Musings
Plurality, a student-run interdisciplinary peer-reviewed intersectional feminist academic journal. We are looking for people to submit their proposals/papers for our second issue!
The theme for our second issue is “Witness”. This would be a great chance for you to publish your writing to a peer-reviewed journal, and experience what it's like to go through the journal publishing process. We encourage authors to have a flexible approach to the theme and use their own interpretation of it. To see example prompts our editors have developed click here.
We have extended the deadline for the following sections and will be accepting submissions on a rolling basis until October 28th:
- History and Classics
- Law
- Miscellaneous Musings
We accept academic essays (max 3000 words). They can been essays you have submitted for a course assessment before, they just cannot have been previously published. For our 'Musings' section we accept more essays more rooted in personal experience, or opinion-based pieces. We also accept proposals which are outlines of an essay you would want to develop for all our sections. If submitting a proposal please include: title, main claim, 400-600 word outline of your argument, list of at least 3 relevant sources. To see example proposals head to our LinkTree.
