Abstract

As a result of a recent debate in the Society, during which many of the Royal Medical’s most hallowed offices and operations came under criticism, a small committee was set up to examine the Society’s role and procedure, and in particular to determine which traditions of the Society arc detrimental to its smooth-running and optimum membership.
